Our transition classes are for gymnasts in the year before they go to mainstream school and also during their first years of school (Reception Class and School Year 1).
The sessions last for one hour to allow them to get used to the structure of the class; learning skills, playing games and making friends.
Once they have developed their confidence then they will eventually move into the two-hour class.
